Decadent Brioche French Toast

Buttery, fresh Brioche bread is soaked in caramel cream on one side, nutmeg and cinnamon flavored egg batter on the other, then baked till golden brown outside, warm and soft on the inside. A tangy apple and cranberry compote and puff of powdered sugar complete the plate. Served with a fruit side.
