Our popular Lentil, Kale, Mushroom soup, made with fresh kale, carrots, shitake mushrooms, onions, and red lentils.

July Specials

Soups in the month of July:

  • Cucumber Dill (served chilled)
  • Gazpacho (vegan, served chilled)

Stuffed Tomatoes (July 3, 4, 15, and 16):  Two roasted tomatoes stuffed with a special blend of feta, parmesan, spinach, garlic and garbanzo bean. Served hot with a side of soup or salad.  $8.50

Seitan Nachos (July 17, 18, 29, and 30): Organic corn tortilla chips, chedder cheese, seitan, spicy raw veggy confetti (zucchini and carrots) with a side of fresh pico de gallo salsa.  Add side of sour cream for 50¢ or fresh guacamole for $1.00.  $8.50

Veggy Kabobs (July 10, 11, 22, and 23): A skewer of fresh red pepper, zucchini, onion, carrots, and tofu grilled to perfection complemented with a cilantro mint lime sauce, served with a side of quinoa.  $8.50

Frisco Peace Burger (July 24 and 25): Melted swiss with sauteed onion and mushrooms on our famous Peace Burger. Served with roasted potato wedges.   $11.00
 
Fire Roasted Veggy Wrap (July 8, 9, 31, and August 1): Roasted eggplant, red pepper, portabello mushroom, and sun-dried tomatoes wrapped in corn tortillas.  Served with side salad or soup.  $8.50
 
Eggs Benedict (July 12, 13, 26, and 27):  Two fresh cooked eggs on tofu "ham" and two English muffin halves topped with our homemade Hollandaise sauce.  Served with side of fruit.  $8.50
 
Banana Nut Granola Pancakes (July 5, 6, 19, and 20): Two large pancakes from a granola and banana batter, served with pure maple syrup and fresh fruit.  $8.50

Breakfast Menu (until 11am Tues - Fri; all day Sat & Sun)

  • Breakfast Wrap (w) - warm tortillas filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and creamy salsa with a side of fresh fruit   $8.00
  • Pimento Cheese Omelet - three eggs prepared with our pimento cheese, served with roasted potato wedges and toast   $8.50
  • Vegan Cranberry-Orange Pancakes - two large vegan pancakes with orange zest and cranberries, served with a side of fresh fruit  $7.50
  • Mushroom Frittata - three eggs with zucchini, mushroom, and onion, served with roasted potato wedges and toast   $8.00
  • Red Pepper Frittata - broccoli, red pepper, and onions, served with roasted potato wedges and toast   $8.00
  • Tofu Scramble (w / v) - Fresh tofu scrambled with veggies and spices, served with roasted potato wedges   $8.00
  • Three Eggs Your Way - scrambled or fried, served with roasted potato wedges and toast   $7.00
    Add cheese for $0.50 * You can also choose two eggs your way.
  • Organic Fresh Fruit and Yogurt (w) - seasonal fruit and steroid-free vanilla yogurt drizzled with honey   $6.50

  • Tony's Pimento Cheese - homemade from sharp cheddar, roasted red peppers, sour cream, and a hint of cayenne
  • TMB - tomato, mozzarella, and basil drizzled with olive oil  $8.50
  • TTB - tomato, tofu, basil drizzled with olive oil
  • Cool Cucumber - fresh cucumber combined with a layer of delicious mascarpone cheese
  • The Full Veggie - avocado, tomato, sprouts with rosemary mayonnaise (vegan upon request)
  • Tempeh Reuben - a hot sandwich with grilled tempeh, sauerkraut, and melted swiss cheese on a fresh, marble rye bread. Served with vegan Russian dressing on the side.  $8.50
  • Grilled Veggie - a hot sandwich of marinated grilled veggies (carrot, zucchini, and onion), roasted red pepper, and grilled portabella mushrooms, topped with melted mozzarella cheese  $8.50

The Peace Burger (v) - A World Peace Café Signature Dish   $9.50
Our own delicious burger made with savory organic vegetables and organic oats dressed with lettuce, tomato on a whole wheat bun. Rosemary mayonnaise and organic ketchup available upon request. Served with roasted potato wedges. Add cheese for $0.50.

Spicy Peace Burgers* (vegan options available)

Hot 'n Spicy Burger - Peace burger grilled with a spicy "buffalo"-style sauce and topped with bleu cheese (make it vegan by choosing soy cheese or no cheese).  $11.00
Jamaican Burger - Peace burger grilled with a Jamaican jerk sauce and topped with homemade fresh mango salsa (vegan).  $11.00
Texicali Burgerwich - Peace burger on white or wheat sandwich bread with melted shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh jalapeño peppers, and avocado (make it vegan by choosing soy mozzarella or no cheese).  $11.50
* All of our spicy peace burgers are served with roasted potato wedges.

Salads - Served with bread and plum vinaigrette or creamy lemon (dairy free) dressing   $7.00

  • Grilled Tofu Steak Salad (w / v) - herb-crusted tofu steaks (three) on a bed of mixed organic greens, carrots, beets, and tomatoes
  • Sun Salad (w / v) - organic greens, avocado, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and raisins
  • Peace Burger Salad (w / v) - beets, carrots, tomatoes, and our warm sliced Peace Burger on top of a bed of organic greens

  • Veggie Rice Bowl (w / v) - a choice of grilled or steamed seasonal veggies with baked tofu hearts and flowers and sauce of the day   $8.50
  • Grilled Polenta Cake with Eggplant Caponata (w / v) - a unique blend of eggplant, pistachios, olives, capers,
    and raisins, served on a hot polenta (corn) cake  $8.50

Kids Menu (for children under 12 years old) - $4.00

  • PB & J - organic peanut butter & jelly served on white or wheat bread; choice of strawberry or grape jelly
  • Peace Burger Sticks (w / v) - our Peace Burger sliced and served with ketchup
