- Cool Cucumber (cold) - Cucumber combined with a layer of delicious mascarpone cheese. $7.50
- The Full Veggie (cold) - Avocado, tomato, sprouts, rosemary or vegan mayo. $7.50
- Tempeh Reuben (warm) - Grilled tempeh, sauerkraut, and melted swiss cheese on marble rye bread. Served with vegan Russian dressing on the side. $8.50

Peace Burgers - Our Signature Dish
You won't find a veggie burger like this anywhere else! It's a vegan burger made with oats and savory vegetables -- no tofu present in this hearty burger! Our burgers are served on a whole wheat bun and are dressed with lettuce and tomato. All peace burgers served with a side of potato wedges.
- The Classic Peace Burger (v) - Our own delicious burger made with savory organic vegetables and organic oats dressed with lettuce, tomato on a whole wheat bun. Rosemary mayonnaise and organic ketchup available upon request. Served with roasted potato wedges. $9.50 Add cheese: bleu ($1), cheddar ($1), mozzarella ($1), pimento cheese ($1.50), Swiss ($1), or vegan ($1).
- Hot 'n Spicy Burger - Peace burger grilled with a spicy "buffalo"-style sauce and topped with bleu cheese (make it vegan by choosing soy cheese or no cheese). $11.00
- Jamaican Burger - Peace burger grilled with a Jamaican jerk sauce and topped with homemade fresh mango salsa (vegan). $11.00
- Texicali Burgerwich - Peace burger on white or wheat sandwich bread with melted shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh jalapeño peppers, and avocado (make it vegan by choosing soy mozzarella or no cheese). $11.50
- Frisco Burger - Sauteed mushrooms, sauteed onions, and Swiss cheese. $11
- Southern Cheeseburger - Our famous homemade pimento cheese spread melted on top of our Classic Burger - a slightly spicy twist. $11
Entree Salads
Entree salads have dijon vinaigrette, zesty lemon, or Russian dressing served on the side. All three dressings are vegan.
- Grilled Tofu Steak Salad (w/v) - Three Herb-crusted tofu steaks on a bed of mixed organic greens, carrots, beets, and tomatoes. $7
- Sun Salad (w/v) - Organic greens, avocado, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and raisins. $7
- Peace Burger Salad (w/v) - Beets, carrots, tomatoes, and our warm sliced Peace Burger on top of a bed of organic greens. $7
Extra Salad Toppings:
Additional dressing, 1/2 avocado, cucumber, tomato, sprouts, sunflower seeds, carrots, shredded beets, dried cranberries, mushrooms. $1 each.
Peace Burger slices, 3 grilled tofu steaks, 3 grilled tempeh slices, 1 meatless chik'n filet. $3 each.
Entrees
Entrees come with a side salad (fresh organic greens, shredded carrots, shredded fresh beets, and tomato with dressing on the side), cup of soup, or potato wedges. Substitute fruit for $1.
- Tofu Steak 'n Fries (v) - Three herb-crusted grilled tofu steaks with potato wedges. $8.50
- Cauliflower Quiche - A slice of our homemade quiche made with cauliflower, swiss cheese, and veggies. $8.50
- Mushroom Stroganoff - Baby portabella mushrooms in a rich sauce served over Pappardelle pasta. $9.50
- Veggie Rice Bowl (w / v) - Grilled or steamed seasonal veggies, baked tofu hearts and flowers, and a spicy peanut sauce. $9
- Pizza Mexicana - Two flour tortillas lightly toasted, sandwiched with melted cheese, and covered in mozzarella, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and Peace Burger crumbles. Baked until melted and bubbly! $11.50
- Lemon Pesto Pasta with Meatless Chicken - A mycoprotein chik'n filet is marinated in lemon, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil, and then grilled. When it's hot and ready, we slice it atop angel hair and ladle on basil-lemon pesto and capers. $11.50
- Grilled Polenta Cake with Eggplant Caponata (w /v) - Chilled
caponata of eggplant, pistachios, olives, capers, and raisins, served on a hot polenta (corn) cake. $8.50

- PB & J - Organic peanut butter & jelly served on white or wheat bread; served with strawberry jelly.
- Peace Burger Sticks (w / v) - Our Peace Burger sliced and served with ketchup.
