Our White Tea: Silver Needle

Organic Silver needle is the most sought after white tea and is only harvested for a few days each year in the northern district of Fujian, China. Packed with antioxidants these silvery down-covered leaves have been prized for their medicinal properties for more than 1000 years. Silver Needle has a light golden flush with a woodsy flavored body, unique savory aroma, and long balanced sweetness.

Our Green Tea: Jasmine Pearls

Dating back over 1000 years, the traditional tea scenting techniques are still used to make this special tea. The aromatic organic jasmine blossoms are mixed with the most tender organic green tea leaves and buds. They are hand-rolled into small pearls. Jasmine tea is understood to increase circulation, ease tension, and reduce cholesterol.

Our Black Teas: Biodynamic Breakfast

The premise to the movement of Organics has its roots in Biodynamic farming. Biodynamic farming addresses the environmental, social, and financial aspects of the farm's organic measures in preparation of this unique fine tea. The tea leaves and buds are hand-picked on special times of the year based on the season and the position of our planet in relation to the solar system. The select black teas provide a cup with full awareness of global and local culture infusing taste, aroma, and briskness. Art of Tea chose this combination for its characteristics of brewing a golden-sunrise color with a robust flavor and subtle notes of honey, perfect for stating the day.

Our Black Teas: Darjeeling First Flush

This tea comes from the Makaibari estate, one of the last family owned tea estates in Darjeeling, India. This high-altitude tea is grown on picturesque steep lopes up to 4000 ft., surrounded by fresh air and pure mountain spring water. Our select high grown tea is hand-picked, artisan processed and provides a bright and brisk cup much lighter than other black teas because of its high altitude. This "champagne of teas" is a first flush tea which brews a pink, light amber color, fresh floral and apple-like character, with a slightly astringent finish.

Our Oolong Tea: Peach Oolong

The fragrance of fresh picked peaches washes the palate with organic Wuyi Oolong and aromatic marigold flowers. Art of Tea's Wuyi Oolong is characterized by long, beautiful leaves that unwind and unfurl releasing a smooth, rich flavor. It is 60%-80% oxidized and is a great oolong tea to aid in understanding the time-tested taste profiles that make oolong so unique. It is smooth, rich, and with a slight peppery finish.

Our Iced Tea: Garden of Eden
